Provides a range of case management services on site and in the community to assist adults in attaining the goals established in their Individual Treatment Plans. Assures that services are congruent in age, strengths, supports, and cultural framework of the individual being served.
Provides program supervision and coordination of all substance use disorders and co-occuring disorders treatment at Peninsula Behavioral Health. Provides Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Supervision to agency's SUD Professionals and SUD Trainees while participating in the provision of direct care including chemical dependency evaluation, and chemical dependency consultation and case management. The program also provides supervision for PATH/STR and PATH Case Management staff. Ensures that services are congruent with age, strengths, supports, and cultural framework of the individual being served.
The Psychiatric ARNP provides Psychiatric Assessments and ongoing care to consumers for Peninsula Behavioral Health (PBH). The ARNP completes Initial Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management, and Consultation and Liaison services within scope of practice.
The Medical Assistant (MA) supports the daily activities of Nursing Services. The MA provides clinical assistance to clients seeking medication support services and performs routine in-house testing as ordered. In addition, the MA assists with medication services at the residential facilities and Clallam County Respite Center (CCRC), and maintains appropriate connections with pharmacies and other medical providers throughout the community.
Provides supportive services to consumers in a therapeutic residential setting as well as participants of the Clallam County Respite Center (CCRC) in compliance with all applicable Washington Laws, the established program objectives, and treatment goals of each individual being served.
The Intake Clinician conducts clinical assessments with clients seeing services at Peninsula Behavioral Health (PBH). In addition, the Intake Clinican assists the Access Coordinator with the development and implementation of policies and protocols to assure timely and appropriate connections with referral sources throughout the community.
Provides clinical assessments, crisis intervention, case management and psychotherapy to adults in consultation with a multidisciplinary team. Manage a caseload of adult clients and provide services in accordance with funding guidelines and requirements. SIGNING BONUS: $5,000
